2 Purpose and tasks

3 Dissolution of the Association

  • A dissolution of the association is not possible as long as there are still seven members for the continued existence of the association.

4 Acquisition of Membership

  • Anyone can become a member of the association upon written application

5 Termination of Membership

  • Membership ends with resignation, exclusion or dissolution of the association.
  • The declaration of resignation is only effective at the end of a financial year. The board of directors can allow exceptions. The declaration must be sent in writing to the board of directors no later than three months before the end of the financial year.
  • The exclusion is permissible if the member is more than six months in arrears with his contribution and does not pay it within one month after a one-off written reminder if it grossly violates these statutes and resolutions of the association’s organs. The board decides on the exclusion.

6 rights of the members

7 Obligations of the members

  • The members have to pay an ongoing contribution to the association.

  • The executive board is responsible for managing the association. In particular, he is responsible for:

  • The 1st chairman calls and chairs the board meetings. The board has a quorum regardless of the number of members present.

10 The General Assembly

  • The general assembly consists of the entire board and the club members of the Klausheide shooting club and the Klausheide sports shooting club
  • It has to take place in January (annual general meeting) and 14 days before the shooting festival (half-yearly meeting).
  • It is the supreme body of the association.
  • Further general meetings must be called by the board of directors if 10% of the members apply for one by signing and giving reasons or if there is a need for the board as a whole.
  • The invitation is issued by the 1st chairman in writing, stating the agenda, with a notice period of 14 days. Applications for the agenda can be submitted in writing by any member to the board of directors up to one week before the day of the general meeting.
  • A cash revision is connected with the general meeting. For this purpose, three cash auditors are elected. You are not allowed to belong to the board of directors.

11 Elections and Votes

  • In principle, elections and votes take place openly. At the request of a member, a secret election or vote must be decided.
  • Whoever has the majority of the valid votes cast is elected. In the event of a tie, the election must be repeated. If the votes are again tied, the lot drawn by the hand of the 1st chairman decides.
  • Resolutions of the organs are passed with a simple majority of the votes cast. In the event of a tie, the application will be rejected.
  • A dissolution resolution passed by the general assembly requires a three-quarters majority of the members to be effective.
  • Likewise, a ¾ majority of votes in the general assembly is required for a change in the statutes
  • Voting rights and eligibility are tied to the age of majority
  • The 1st chairman and 1st sports director elected by the general assembly is automatically the executive board of the SSK.

12 Notarization of the resolutions

  • Minutes must be kept of the holding of every general meeting and every board meeting, which must contain the place and date, the establishment of the proper invitation, the quorum, the motions, the wording of the resolutions and the voting results. The minutes are to be signed by the managing director and the chairman after completion. The minutes will be read out at the next meeting of the same body.

13 final clause

  • In the event of discrepancies about the meaning and application of these statutes, the board of directors decides.

14 entry into force

  • These statutes come into force with their acceptance and entry in the register of associations. It replaces the statutes of June 10, 1995. The above statutes were adopted in today’s general meeting.
